Winston-Salem, N.C., Nov. 10 – On Nov. 9, Amy and Overton Harper were recognized as the 2015 Outstanding Emerging Philanthropists by the Triad Chapter of Fundraising Professionals. The award recipients were recognized during the National Philanthropy Day Luncheon at the Grandover Resort & Conference Center in Greensboro. Amy and Overton are generous donors to Novant Health Foundation Kernersville Medical Center.

Amy Harper is a member of the board of directors for Novant Health Foundation Kernersville Medical Center. Overton is a past president of the Rotary Club of Kernersville. Amy and Overton are also members of the Founders Society at Kernersville Medical Center. Their business, Harper Eye Care, is a supporter of the American Heart Association and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
