Cybersecurity expert Sanjeev Sah named chief information security officer at Novant Health

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (June 24, 2024) – Novant Health welcomes Sanjeev Sah as its chief information security officer (CISO). Sah, who has more than 25 years of experience in information technology and security, has held executive roles in a variety of industries, including health care, higher education, insurance and the automotive industry. He began his new role June 24.

Most recently, Sah served as the senior vice president, IT Strategy & Cyber at CommonSpirit Health, where he led strategic planning and execution of large-scale IT initiatives while ensuring and enabling robust cybersecurity measures. In the role, he managed multiyear cyber plans, developed an information security office and led efforts to enhance cybersecurity posture.

Sah holds a Master of Health Administration and a bachelor’s degree in information technology and information systems security from the University of Phoenix.
