CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Novant Health is pleased to welcome neurologist Peterson Giallanza, MD, formerly of North Carolina Neurology & Sleep (NCNS), to Novant Health Neurology - Huntersville located at 10305 Hamptons Park Drive, Suite 101.
Dr. Giallanza founded NCNS in 2010 and brings nearly 20 years of expertise to Novant Health, including specializing in diagnosing and evaluating neurological and sleep conditions.

Novant Health Neurology - Huntersville offers general neurology and clinical neurophysiology to evaluate and treat brain, spine and nervous system conditions. Dr. Giallanza will continue to offer a range of advanced diagnostic services including in-lab and home sleep studies, nerve conduction studies and electroencephalograms (EEGs) to evaluate brain activity.

Dr. Giallanza majored in biology at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, and received his medical degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo. He completed both his neurology residency and sleep medicine fellowship at UNC-Chapel Hill and remains board-certified in both specialties.
