BOLIVIA, N.C. – Novant Health is pleased to welcome Lana Simmons, family nurse practitioner, to Novant Health Family Medicine Pine Forest in Oak Island. Simmons joined the clinic in August and is accepting new patients.
Simmons received her Master of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. Simmons has more than 11 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner and has previously worked as a registered nurse.
