Following the water main break in Forsyth County, several Novant Health clinics are transitioning to virtual appointments for the remainder of the day. A list of clinics is included below.
Patients requiring in-person care will be accommodated at nearby Novant Health clinics that remain open.
Novant Health Medical Park Hospital and Novant Health Hawthorne Outpatient Surgery Center have resumed normal operations.
Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center has activated our water disruption preparedness plan, which includes pausing elective surgical procedures and procuring external water resources. The facility remains safe and open to medical and emergency services. All patients will be contacted directly about any changes to their appointment or procedure.
Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center and Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center continue normal operations.
As always, the safety of our patients and team members remains our top priority. We want our communities to know that we continue to provide care and encourage anyone who needs medical attention to seek it without delay.
We appreciate our community's understanding and patience as we work to restore normal operations. We will provide updates as conditions change.
