Novant Health and MedQuest grow imaging network through agreement with OrthoCarolina

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Novant Health, in collaboration with MedQuest Associates, has signed an agreement to acquire 18 OrthoCarolina imaging locations in a continued effort to enhance affordable imaging services across the Carolinas. As part of the transaction, Novant Health has acquired fixed and mobile MRI assets from OrthoCarolina at locations in and around the Triad and Charlotte regions, Laurinburg, Fort Mill and more. OrthoCarolina will continue to facilitate patient care through a transition period, with day-to-day management of operations shifting to MedQuest.

Operationally, Novant Health and OrthoCarolina have taken steps to ensure there will be a seamless transition of services for patients.
