Novant Health Hallmark Care offers patients 24/7 access to their medical team, same-day or next-day appointments, and low doctor-patient ratios that allow for extended health care visits. The new office features additional amenities, like a fitness center and private patient lounge.

Patients pay an annual program fee of $2,400 for an array of enhanced services that focus on disease prevention, personalized health plans and wellness goals. Should patients require a visit to a specialist, the physicians and staff of Hallmark Care serve as care coordinators, managing the process from start to finish for a seamless experience.
Hallmark Care physicians serve no more than 350 patients each, compared to typical caseloads that can reach 2,000 patients or more per doctor. Patients have round-the-clock access to physicians via phone, email, and receive expedited laboratory and imaging results.
“Concierge medicine is ideal for patients who are serious about maintaining an active role in their health and value quality time with their physician,” Teigland said. “By limiting the number of patients we see each day, our physicians are able to spend an unprecedented amount of time with each patient.”
In addition to comprehensive family medicine services, Hallmark Care offers cardiology services, sleep health, nutrition counseling, executive physicals, fitness training and travel health.
