CONCORD, N.C. – Novant Health is pleased to announce the opening of Novant Health Lakeside Primary Care off Poplar Tent Road in Concord. The new clinic is located at 9955 Poplar Tent Road and will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic will be staffed by Dr. Trang Vuong and Linda Hoang, FNP.
Vuong attended medical school at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. She completed her internship, residency and fellowship at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Vuong is board-certified in internal medicine and pediatrics.
Hoang specializes in family medicine and internal medicine. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Hoang attended the College of Nursing at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Novant Health Lakeside Primary Care offers well-child checkups, sick-child visits, immunizations, flu shots, physicals, Medicare annual wellness visits, sexually transmitted disease screenings, treatment of acute minor illnesses, management of chronic illnesses, gynecological exams and women’s health services, ear washes, vision and hearing screenings, and on-site lab tests.
