WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., Jan. 23 – Novant Health Miller Street Family Medicine will open their new clinic Jan. 18 located at 50 Miller Street, Suite G, in Winston-Salem. The clinic will hold an open house Saturday, Feb. 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free screenings will be offered for body mass index, waist circumference, blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose and A1C. The public is invited to attend.
Novant Health Miller Street Family Medicine is staffed by Dr. Julia Yu. Dr. Yu has 17 years of experience in medical research and as a primary care physician and joins our team from Park Medical Group in New Jersey where she provided outpatient care to children and adults. Dr. Julia Yu attended University College London Medical School in London, and was chief resident at JFK Family Medicine Residency Program in New Jersey.
Novant Health Miller Street Family Medicine offers routine primary care services for adults and children to provide convenient, one-stop care for its patients. The clinic will also offer MyChart to all patients, which provides online access to medical tests and records, appointment scheduling and the option to email your provider with questions or concerns. In addition, the clinic provides e-visits for patients too busy to come to the office.
