CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Novant Health is pleased to announce the opening of Novant Health Neurology and Sleep - Cotswold. The office is located at 330 Billingsley Road, Suite 202, in the Cotswold neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina. It will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The outpatient clinic will be staffed by Dona Chemena Navey, a board-certified gerontology nurse practitioner specializing in neurology. Navey graduted with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Greensboro, North Carolina.
Novant Health Neurology & Sleep – Cotswold is a hospital follow-up clinic for patients who have neurological disorders and receive referrals from hospital providers to follow-up with Neurology once discharged. The goal is to schedule patients for their follow-up appointments within the first two weeks of discharge from the hospital.
