CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Novant Health is offering patients in the Charlotte area a personalized option for receiving primary care on their time through the opening of Novant Health Traditions Internal Medicine. The concierge medicine and membership-based clinic offers unencumbered access to customized primary care from physicians and care team by maintaining a smaller patient panel to provide continuous, high-touch care. Tom Batchelor, MD, and Carly Hamlin, MD, MPH, will lead Novant Health Traditions Internal Medicine, located at 480 South Main Street, Suite 200, Davidson, NC 28036.
With an annual membership, patients receive enhanced access to in-clinic visits and 24/7 phone access to their care team for all types of primary and internal medicine needs, including comprehensive yearly preventive screening tests and evaluations, as well as lifetime management of complex chronic adult health conditions.

Batchelor, an internal medicine physician with more than 30 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care, is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Medicine.
