WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Novant Health is pleased to announce the opening this month of Novant Health Rheumatology and Arthritis in Bermuda Run, North Carolina.
Joining the new clinic is Dr. Bilal Muzaffar, MD, who most recently worked as a rheumatologist at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, North Carolina, and is board-certified in rheumatology and internal medicine. The clinic is located at 5380 U.S. Highway 158, Suite 110 in Advance and is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.
Dr. Muzaffar completed a rheumatology fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. He completed his residency training at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta and medical school at the Government Medical College in India, where he also worked as a physician following his medical training there. Dr. Muzaffar is an instructor at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina.
