CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Novant Health recently announced it will open a new 24,000-square-foot medical office building in the city of Harrisburg, North Carolina, in late 2019. Located at 4101 Main St., the two-story building will offer family medicine, pediatric and ob-gyn services.
“We want to meet patients where they are, and this new medical office building in the heart of Harrisburg allows us to do just that,” said Joy Greear, president and COO of Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center. “Our family medicine, pediatric and ob-gyn providers are top-notch, and we are excited to bring convenient access to quality care to the Harrisburg community.”
Both the family medicine and pediatric clinics will have 10 exam rooms, with the ob-gyn office having five exam rooms and one ultrasound room. About 12,000-square-feet is scheduled to open in the winter of 2019, with the balance of the space being outfitted as the needs arise. Vannoy Construction is acting as the general contractor for the medical office building.
