WILMINGTON, N.C. – Novant Health continues to strengthen its high-quality surgical network across the Carolinas with the addition of Wilmington Surgical Associates, located at 2739 Iron Gate Drive in Wilmington. The clinic will now operate as Wilmington Surgical Associates – A Novant Health affiliate.
“For more than 50 years, Wilmington Surgical Associates has expertly cared for our community, including through its privileges with Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, where the team has performed thousands of surgeries,” said Laurie Whalin, president of Novant Health’s Coastal Region. “We look forward to strengthening our relationship and working with these experienced physicians to continue delivering remarkable care for the communities we serve.”
Wilmington Surgical Associates has been a trusted provider of surgical care, offering general and abdominal, breast, oncologic and bariatric surgery, as well as vein and wound care. These services are now supported by Novant Health’s broader network of resources and technology.
