WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – As part of its ongoing commitment to investing in and recognizing its team members, Novant Health announced today that it will award more than $300 million in pay increases and bonuses in 2025. This significant investment builds upon the health system’s nearly $250 million team member investment in 2024.

The 2025 investment consists of two key elements: base pay increases, which also include market adjustments and appropriate placement in pay range, and bonuses for eligible team members.
Novant Health continues to make substantial investments in the health care workforce through competitive compensation and benefits packages, including offering a living wage of $17 per hour, tuition reimbursement and upward mobility opportunities, and a well-being program designed to enhance emotional and physical health.
