MINT HILL, N.C. – Novant Health continues to ensure that all of your family’s medical needs are covered with the recent addition of urgent care services at Novant Health Lakeside Family Physicians - Mint Hill.
Patients can now receive urgent care Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The clinic is located inside Novant Health’s Mint Hill medical office building, situated at the corner of Albemarle Road and Interstate 485, at 8110 Healthcare Loop. Novant Health Mint Hill OB/GYN, Novant Health Lakeside Family Physicians and Novant Health Lakeside Pediatrics are also housed in the building with an orthopedic practice coming soon.
Sharyce Banks, PA-C, staffs the clinic Monday through Friday. A Mint Hill native, Banks is excited to be a part of the Mint Hill care team and to deliver remarkable, accessible health care to the community.
Lakeside Family Physicians urgent care provides care for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses, such as:
- Sprain and strains
- Muscle aches and pains
- Cough, cold and flu symptoms
- Urinary tract infections
- Skin infections and rashes
- Lacerations
- Fractures
In addition to providing care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, the clinic also provides:
- School, camp or sports physicals
- Flu shots
- Intravenous fluids and medication
- On-site X-ray and lab testing
