
Chaudhari received his medical degree from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College in Mumbai, India. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, and went on to fulfill a cardiology clinical fellowship at the Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine in Newark, New Jersey before joining Novant Health. He also holds a Master of Public Health degree from Indiana University.
As a non-invasive cardiologist, Chaudhari focus on the detection and treatment of heart disease, using external tests to evaluate and diagnose cardiac disorders. Patients with a history of heart disease, suspected valve disease or chest pain may be referred by their physician for a non-invasive evaluation.
Novant Health is encouraging the community to take the 10,000 Healthy Hearts Challenge by completing the online heart disease risk assessment that analyzes cardiovascular risk factors, such as blood pressure, cigarette smoking, diabetes and body mass index.
