SOUTHPORT, N.C. – Novant Health’s first plastic surgery clinic, Novant Health Coastal Plastic Surgery, in Brunswick Country has relocated to 1456 N. Howe St., Suite 201, in Southport, after spending four years at 6 Doctors Circle, Suite 5, in Supply.
Novant Health Coastal Plastic Surgery is led by Dr. Phillip Khan, a board-certified plastic surgeon. Before joining Novant Health in 2014, Khan completed an aesthetic surgical fellowship at the Hunstad/Kortesis Center for Cosmetic Plastic Surgery in Charlotte, North Carolina. He completed his plastic surgery residency through the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, Texas. Khan completed his general surgery residency at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and his surgical training internship at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. He received his medical degree from East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina, and his bachelor’s degree in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
