Ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held Oct. 4
KERNERSVILLE, N.C. – Novant Health is pleased to announce the opening of its new Novant Health Kernersville Medical Office Building and Outpatient Surgery Center as it continues efforts to meet growing patient needs in Kernersville and surrounding communities.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 4, at the new Kernersville Medical Office Building, which is located on the campus of Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center. Media members are welcome to attend.
The new building is 60,000 square feet and will house physician offices and suites, two operating rooms and a procedure room. Meanwhile, the building’s ambulatory surgery center, located on the second floor of the building is scheduled to be completed in 2018.
The new facility continues a trend of recent growth in the Kernersville area, including the opening of Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center in 2011. Novant Health Smith Crossing Medical Plaza, located at 1471 Jag Branch Boulevard, also opens this fall.
