CHARLOTTE, N.C.– Novant Health is pleased to announce the opening of Novant Health Rheumatology and Arthritis in the South Park area. Joining the new clinic is Heather Holden, MD, and Elnaz Tabrizi, MD. The clinic is located at 6324 Fairview Road, Suite 310.
Holden received her undergraduate degree in molecular biology at Princeton University and attended medical school at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine and residency in rheumatology at Emory University. Holden is board-certified in both internal medicine and rheumatology.
Tabrizi is also board-certified in internal medicine and rheumatology. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill followed by a bachelor’s degree in optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Trabrizi completed medical school, an internal medicine internship and residency at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. She did her fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Kentucky.
