Rekindling the Romance after baby

Winston-Salem, N.C. - Your little bundle of joy has arrived and with that arrival comes the challenge of sleepless nights, endless diapers, overflowing laundry baskets and cold takeout dinners. What also may come with a new baby is a sudden and often surprising lack of quality time spent between parenting partners, especially for first-time moms and dads.

Before the fire burns out, Novant Health is offering a date-night class on how to rekindle the romance between partners with new babies. This free event is scheduled for Sept. 17 at 6 p.m. at the Novant Health Conference Center, located on the campus of Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center, 3333 Silas Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem. The evening features discussions about changing roles, shifting hormones, sleeplessness, communication and sex. Best of all, the evening includes dinner - so make it a date night for just the two of you. You will leave with tips on rediscovering what brought you together and will invest some time to assure you provide a happy, stable home life for your new family.

Registration is required, so please call 336-718-7000 to save your seats.
