Presbyterian Neurology Center will offer a free headache seminar to the public on Thursday, Feb. 28 from 6-7 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about types of headaches, symptoms and available treatments. The practice is in suite 400 of Midtown Medical Plaza, located at 1918 Randolph Road in Charlotte.
The seminar will be led by David Gordon, M.D., a fellowship-trained headache expert. Dr. Gordon completed his fellowship in headache medicine at the Faulkner Hospital John R. Graham Headache Center in Boston, Mass. and has specialized in the treatment of headaches for more than 20 years. He excels at finding the right balance of lifestyle changes, medication management and alternative therapies and offers convenient in-office treatments including infusion therapy, Botox® injections, trigger point injections and nerve blocks. In addition to caring for patients in the outpatient setting, Dr. Gordon is active in Presbyterian Hospital’s department of neurology.
