New members are Dr. Beatriz Juncadella, business leader Colon Starrett, local pastor Dee Stokes and Dr. Joseph Stringfellow. The new appointments will be replacing Tom Holladay, Tammy Joyce, Rick Phillips, TJ Slaughter and Jerry Smith.

Novant Health’s leadership development program, which focuses on physician resiliency and burnout, has had a significant impact on physician engagement and alignment since it began in 2013. The program has been completed by more than 800 Novant Health physicians and has been recognized by the North Carolina Medical Board.
