Join Rowan Regional Medical Center and other local women to celebrate women's heart month! "Wake Up" to the hard facts of heart disease and learn why it's different for women. You'll leave this event with hard facts and simple solutions to get on the right track to lead a long and vibrant life!

Local women are invited to roll out your red clothing and accessories to show your support in the fight against heart disease! This FREE event includes:

  • A heart healthy breakfast
  • An enlightening & interesting presentation from RRMC's heart experts on why heart disease is different for women
  • Prizes for creative ways of "wearing red"
  • Heart healthy giveaways such as tote bags, first aid kits, recipes and important information about protecting your heart
  • Mini-health fair following the breakfast designed to teach you important first steps you can take to get healthy and connect with local health resources who can assist you in your heart healthy journey!

This event is in support of the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign. Again, the event is FREE, but space is limited!
