SHALLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 15, 2015 – Growth at Novant Health Oceanside Family Medicine & Convenient Care in Shallotte continues this month with the addition of Dr. Jarrod Sheatsley.
Sheatsley is board-certified in family medicine. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and went on to complete medical school at Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. He then completed a general surgery internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and a family medicine residency at Cabarrus Family Medicine in Concord, North Carolina.
Sheatsley joined Novant Health Oceanside Family Medicine & Convenient Care Aug. 1, and is accepting new patients of all ages, from infants and children to adults and seniors.
The practice also recently completed construction of a new addition to their office, located at 5145 Sellers Rd, Shallotte, NC 28470. The renovation increased parking at the clinic and added 12 new exam rooms.
“We are very excited to be able to expand our space and our staff to continue to meet the health care needs of our growing community,” said Dr. Chris Isenhour who is the lead physician at Oceanside Family Medicine & Convenient Care.
