Leland, NC, June 29, 2015 – On July 15, 2015, Novant Health Oceanside Family Medicine will open a new clinic location in Leland, North Carolina. The office will be located at Waterford Medical Plaza, 509 Olde Waterford Way, Suite 200. Staff began scheduling appointments for the new clinic June 15.
The Leland clinic is the fourth Novant Health Oceanside Family Medicine location and will be staffed by Justin Asbury, D.O, previously of Novant Health Oceanside Family Medicine in Bolivia, and Tori Asbury, D.O., previously of Novant Health Oceanside Family Medicine in Southport.
An open house for the new office will be held Thursday, July 30, from 4 to 6 p.m. Participants will have the opportunity to meet the Asburys and the staff, as well as to tour the office. Light refreshments will be served. Novant Health’s mobile mammography coach will also be on-site at Waterford Medical Plaza offering appointments from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 30. Justin and Tori Asbury joined Novant Health in 2014. They are board-certified in family medicine. Both completed medical school at Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, followed by residency in Newport News, Virginia.
Specializing in care for the whole family, Novant Health Oceanside Family Medicine in Leland will offer well and sick care services for infants, children and adolescents, as well as adults and seniors. They also offer routine women’s care.
The husband-and-wife team previously practiced together at a family medicine clinic in Elizabethton, Tennessee.
“We enjoy the aspect of caring for families together as a family,” said Tori Asbury. “We are looking forward to being able to do that again at our new clinic in Leland.”
