Charlotte, NC – Novant Health and Target Clinics in the greater Charlotte area are partnering to provide free diabetes, blood pressure and obesity screenings the second Saturday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at these Target locations:
- Northlake, 9841 Northlake Centre Parkway, Charlotte
- Concord, 6150 Bayfield Parkway, Concord
- Rivergate, 12830 Walker Branch Dr., Charlotte
Screenings are part of Novant Health’s community wellness initiative, where we are reaching our neighbors where they live and work to change the trajectory of chronic illness so people can stay well, live longer and spend time doing things they enjoy with the people they love.
