In this new role, Decker will ensure Novant Health has a comprehensive, high-quality compliance strategy and culture. The clinic is staffed by locally experienced and respected pediatricians, Drs. Kymberly Selden and Stephen Lods, who most recently worked at a clinic in Davidson, North Carolina before joining Novant Health.

Over the past year, the social responsibility team sought proposals from community nonprofit organizations needing funds to support health and human services, the environment and education. The collaboration between the two largest Winston-Salem healthcare organization, Novant Health and Wake Forest Baptist Health, improves patient care by merging critical health information for patients.
