SOUTHPORT, N.C. – Novant Health Surgical Associates located at 1456 Howe St. in Southport has relocated to the Dosher Memorial Hospital campus at 819 N. Atlantic Ave. in Southport. Novant Health Surgical Associates will continue to see patients at clinic locations in Bolivia, Carolina Shores and Leland.

Bolivia, N.C. – Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center has partnered with New Hanover Regional Medical Center to station an AirLink aircraft at the Brunswick campus to enable the rapid transport of patients who need critical, specialty interventions available at NHRMC and other trauma centers.

KERNERSVILLE, N.C. — Novant Health is pleased to announce that Kirsten Royster was recently named president and chief operating officer of Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center.

Winston-Salem, N.C. – Novant Health, a not-for-profit healthcare system serving the Carolinas, Virginia and Georgia, has added two new ex-officio, nonvoting members to the board of trustees: Joia Johnson, who will serve as chair of the Triad Region Board and Lee Myers, who will serve as chair of the Southern Piedmont Region Board. Terms began Jan. 1, 2019, and end Dec. 31, 2021.

Bolivia, N.C. – Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center recently opened a new sleep center that offers diagnostic services for a full range of sleep disorders. The two-bed sleep center is located on the second floor of Brunswick Medical Center.

Charlotte, N.C. – Novant Health has named Frank E. Emory Jr. executive vice president and chief legal officer. In this new role, Emory will oversee the legal, government relations, risk management, corporate audit and compliance teams.
