Winston-Salem, NC – Aug. 7, 2017 – DiversityMBA, a national leadership organization integrating diversity and inclusion with talent management, has named six Novant Health leaders to its annual list of Top 100 under 50 executive and emerging leaders for 2017. Those leaders include:
- Martha Bergstedt, MBA, senior director of strategic sourcing, Novant Health
- Panissa Caldwell, RN, MHA, director of clinical services, Novant Health Medical Group
- Ray Feaster, MD, medical director, Novant Health Inpatient Care Specialists – Charlotte
- Karyn O’Brien-Flannagan, PsyD, senior director of behavioral health, Novant Health UVA Health System
- Shannon Swiger, MBA, manager of internal communication, Novant Health
- Nick Sullivan, MHA, vice president of neurosciences, greater Charlotte and Northern Virginia markets, Novant Health

This group was selected out of 312 nominees representing a broad spectrum of companies with a global reach. The honorees were recognized for their outstanding achievements in leadership, education and community service. All will be featured in the fall 2017 “Top 100 under 50” issue of DiversityMBA magazine and will be officially honored at the Diversity MBAs 11th Annual Business Leaders Conference and Awards Gala on September 12 and 13 at the Sheraton Lisle, in Lisle, Illinois.
