WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Novant Health has been recognized as one of Forbes’ Best Employers for Diversity in 2023. The prestigious list is compiled based on an independent survey conducted by Forbes and Statista, which surveyed more than 45,000 U.S. employees, working for companies with a minimum of 1,000 employees, across various industries. Participants were asked to anonymously rate their organizations based on criteria such as age, gender, ethnicity, disability and LGBTQ+ equality, as well as general diversity.
