WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Novant Health announced that Dr. John Card was selected as the core Winston-Salem submarket region physician leader. In this position, Dr. Card will focus on strategic growth, integration initiatives, community outreach and operational precision across the acute, ambulatory and clinic settings.
As the leader for the Winston-Salem region, Dr. Card will help with strategic
growth and community outreach.
Dr.
Card is a graduate of Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood,
Illinois. He brings more than 18 years of experience in internal medicine and serves
as practice lead clinician and leader of the Novant Health clinical standards/patient
safety committee since 2006. Currently a practicing physician at Novant Health
Winston-Salem Health Care, Dr. Card is board-certified in internal medicine.
