THOMASVILLE, N.C. – Novant Health is pleased to invite the community to the upcoming Docs that Rock benefit concert on Thursday, Sept. 19, at Adaumont Farm. The event will feature food, drinks, reverse raffle and of course, music courtesy of local medical providers and the always-popular Swing Set band.
Funds raised from the evening will benefit the future Center for Health and Wellness at Novant Health Thomasville Medical Center. The Thomasville Medical Center Foundation has recently launched a $2.6 million capital campaign to convert the 18,000 square-foot former health department on the hospital’s campus into the Center for Health and Wellness. The center will provided much-needed behavioral health services, chronic disease management, outpatient physical rehabilitation as well as community education for residents in Davidson County and surrounding communities.
The event will take place at Adaumont Farm, 4941 Finch Farm Road, at 5:30 p.m. Attendees can expect an evening of good food, remarkable entertainment and a cause that will benefit the overall health of the community.
