Charlotte, NC, January 20, 2015 – On Dec. 10, Matthews Hematology Oncology Associates joined Novant Health, becoming Novant Health Cancer Specialists.
Patients of Novant Health Cancer Specialists will have access to cancer services and all their health information will be available in MyChart, Novant Health’s online portal. MyChart allows patients to view their medical records, email their doctor and schedule appointments. Physicians will also be able to log in and have a full understanding of a patient’s medical history and easily make referrals.
Novant Health Cancer Specialists is located next to Novant Health Matthews Medical Center, allowing for an easy transition between visits to the clinic and visits to the medical center. Novant Health Cancer Specialists is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Fridays.
