“Amy brings a wealth of clinical and operational knowledge to the population health team,” said Lindsay. “Her experience combined with her drive to create value in healthcare will be a great asset to the team.”
Novant Health is continuing on its journey to help patients manage their health and wellness goals. Population health management is a massive effort to change the model of care so it is more comprehensive and seamless for patients.
“Amy was very instrumental in the successful electronic health record rollout in the Charlotte market acute facilities,” said Harry Smith, president, Novant Health greater Charlotte market. “I have no doubt that her leadership and contributions demonstrated in the Charlotte market will be reflected in her new role.”
Vance will transition to her new role by the end of August.
