Winston-Salem, N.C., – Dr. Jennifer Chapman has joined Novant Health Surry Medical Associates in Mount Airy, North Carolina, and started this fall. She specializes in family medicine, and is accepting new patients.  Office appointments are available Monday through Friday.

Souffrant is board-certified in family medicine and holds a doctor of medicine from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida. Souffrant completed her family medicine residency at CMC in Charlotte, and she is thrilled to have the opportunity to provide comprehensive medical care to families and individuals, from infants to seniors, in the Mint Hill and Charlotte communities.

Fraser is board-certified in orthopedic surgery with advanced training in primary and revision hip and knee replacement as well as partial knee replacement. He specializes in the direct anterior approach for hip replacement. He has interest and experience in rapid recovery and outpatient total joint replacement.
