Novant Health Primary Care South Rowan and Novant Health Carolina Women’s Health Associates China Grove have moved to 1965 S. U.S. Highway 29, China Grove. Both offices were previously located at 307 E. Thom Street, China Grove.

Novant Health and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital announce new affiliation Charlotte, NC, April 21, 2015 — Today Novant Health and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital announced Charlotte, North Carolina, as the location of the seventh St. Jude affiliate in the country, named the St. Jude Affiliate Clinic at Novant Health Hemby Children’s Hospital.

Board adds one new voting member and two new ex-officio, non-voting members Charlotte, NC, April 17, 2015 – Novant Health, a not-for-profit healthcare system serving the Carolinas, Virginia and Georgia, added one new voting board of trustee member, Robert M. Barr, MD, FACR, and Joseph H. Ely, a retired executive of Aon Hewitt, and William K. New specialty physicians help meet community’s growing needs Salisbury, NC, April 8, 2015 – Novant Health recently welcomed new physicians representing the medical specialties of vascular surgery, infectious diseases and spine surgery to its growing network of local health care providers in Rowan County. The new physicians have joined existing Novant Health medical group practices and have hospital privileges at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.

Health system reports net income of $201.8 million and community benefit of $639.2 million Winston-Salem, NC, April 1, 2015 - Novant Health today announced the 2014 audited financial results for the not-for-profit healthcare system. For 2014, the system reported a net income of $201.8 million on operating revenue of $3.8 billion. The system also reported a community benefit of $639.2 million, including $135 million of direct charity care.

Charlottesville, Va., and Winston-Salem, N.C., March 11, 2015 - University of Virginia Health System and Novant Health are in discussions to create a Northern Virginia regional health system. The proposed agreement would include UVA Culpeper Hospital and all of Novant Health's Virginia facilities, including Novant Health Haymarket Medical Center, Novant Health Prince William Medical Center and Novant Health Cancer Center.
