One of “America’s Greatest Workplaces”: Novant Health named to elite 2024 Newsweek list

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Novant Health was named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces 2024 – one of only four health systems recognized in North Carolina. The recognition, which was issued by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group, is based on a large-scale survey of more than 250,000 U.S. employees who were asked about their employment experience, including topics such as compensation and benefits, training and career progression, work-life balance and company culture. Research for the list also included review of companies’ online ratings.

America’s Great Workplaces 2024 recognizes organizations that outperform their peers in providing competitive salaries and benefits, promoting equality and diversity, and cultivating cultures open to innovation.
